These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of getaffordablefloors.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products and services from Affordable Flooring (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our Products and Services
We sell SPC/vinyl plank, hardwood, and tile flooring and provide professional flooring installation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Product images and descriptions are provided by our supplier (NextGen Surfaces); slight variations in color and texture between screens and the physical product are normal.
Pricing and Orders
- Prices are shown per square foot; flooring is sold by the box, and your order is rounded up to whole boxes.
- Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout (New Jersey 6.625%).
- We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, even after an order is placed.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we confirm it.
Payment
We accept payment through our online payment provider (Stripe) and by invoice or phone where offered. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
Delivery, Freight, and Pickup
Delivery and freight are arranged based on your location and order size, and charges may apply (for example, pallet freight within New Jersey). Pickup may be available from our warehouse. We will confirm delivery or pickup details after your order is placed.
Estimates and Installation
Free estimates are provided as a convenience, typically within 48 hours of your request. An estimate is not a final quote or a guarantee of price; final pricing depends on on-site measurement and project conditions. Installation work is scheduled separately and may be subject to a separate agreement.
Returns and Cancellations
Because flooring is often cut, special-ordered, or sold by the box, returns may be limited. Unopened, undamaged boxes may be eligible for return within a reasonable period and may be subject to a restocking fee and return freight. Opened, installed, or custom-cut materials are not returnable. Contact us to request a return or cancellation.
Warranties
Flooring products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty provided by the manufacturer or supplier. Except as required by law or expressly stated, the Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affordable Flooring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including logos, text, and images, are owned by Affordable Flooring or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when they were last revised.
